Modular Construction: High power, coolant, servo, DeviceNet, and discrete signal capabilities are built into separate modules making maintenance easy - increasing commonality and flexibility for the customer.
Extremely High Moment Capacity and Strength: The QC-210 utilizes the same proven locking mechanism as the QC-200 Series Tool Changers - exceeding 200 kg robot load specifications.
Internally Routed Cabling: Supports integrated valve and DeviceNet options - making it easy to add and remove the valve and DeviceNet module.
Easy Dress: The modules are designed to place electrical, pneumatic, and water ports in-line. Modules can be rearranged on Tool Changer to accommodate dress needs.
Weight and Size Reduction: Weight and size are kept as small as possible without reducing reliability or performance.
Mounts Directly to Most 200 kg Robots: Supports 125 mm ISO mounting pattern with a stack height of 103 mm.
