Product Description
  • Allows for control of the Tool Changer and support of the robotic weld gun I/O to the end-of-arm tooling.
  • A 25-Pin HAN-D Harting connector, 5-Pin Minifast Aux Power, and 4-Pin M12 D-Coded connector with Redundant PROFINET pass-through are provided.
  • Supports L/U/R1/R2 sensors and Integrated Valve control.
  • 0-9 Rotary Switch Tool-ID.
  • Supports TSI with no RTL bypass on the Tool.
  • Spring-loaded pin block allows the Master and Tool modules to communicate across their interface when coupled.
  • A flexible pin boot surrounds the pin block to seal the connection from moisture and liquid while coupled.
