ATI Expands their line of Titanium Force/Torque Sensors

For Measurement in Highly Magnetic Environments

Apex, NC,  2月 4, 2014

ATI Industrial Automation has expanded their line of Titanium Force/Torque Sensors. Typically used for measurements in highly magnetic environments, the Nano17Ti, Mini27Ti, and Mini45Ti are now available in non-ferrous, grade 5 titanium. Despite their small size, these sensors are extremely durable with maximum allowable single-axis overload values that are 4.9 to 23 times rated capacities depending on model and calibration.

Key features include: High speed output, span temperature compensation, and high signal-to-noise ratio. These tranducers are available with a variety of interface options including PCI, PCI Express, USB, EtherNet, CAN-bus, DeviceNet, wireless EtherNet, and more. Custom cable lengths are also available. Some typical applications include MRI experiments, haptics, robotic hand research, robotic surgery, finger-force research, and product testing. ATI offers a wide range of sensor models from 17 mm to 330 mm. Custom models available.
