Modules mount directly to the Tool Changer and allow
users to verify processes and monitor an end-effector’s
status without entering the work cell.

ATI Control Modules feature Tool Stand Interlock (TSI)
which further enhances the safety and performance of
ATI Robotic Tool Changer Systems.

With TSI, the Control Module prevents accidental tool
release by ensuring that tools are not uncoupled from
the robot until they are safely supported in the Tool Stand.
|
ATI’s TSI equipped Control Modules have been
available for heavy duty tool changing systems for
many years, and the new CV14 Control Module
repackages this technology for smaller tool
changers in the Standard Tool Changer product
line.

The CV14 combines helpful features in a compact
footprint that makes implementing your tool
change system easier. It is ideal for use with
standard series ATI Robotic Tool Changers, which
are compatible with robot payloads from 25 -165 kg.
