The QC-1310 is one of ATI’s most robust heavy duty Tool Changers. The tri-lock configuration uses the same Patented Fail-Safe Locking Mechanism as our QC-310 Tool Changer and can withstand much higher moment loads. The magnified locking strength is well suited for robot specification loads of 2300 kg or more and performs exceptionally in aerospace, automotive, and other heavy equipment material handling applications.

Capable of handling payloads up to 6,600 lbs (2,994 kg), the QC-1310 is compatible with ATI’s vast selection of Utility Modules to easily connect high power, coolant, servo, fieldbus, discrete signals, and other utilities through the tool changer. This makes the QC-1310 an ideal solution for increasing flexibility of the largest robots on the market.
